Welcome to TutuHai. These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you and TutuHai. By using this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the service.
1. About the Service
TutuHai is the instant-messaging product of the Tutu suite, offering one-to-one private chats, group chats, private social feeds, a live customer-support widget that can be embedded on any website, and a mini-program open platform. The service is provided as a web version and desktop/mobile clients, with no installation or registration required to try it.
2. Accounts & Sign-In
- You can register with an email and password, or use your Tutu ID (tutuid) unified account to sign in across the suite.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your password safe. If you discover that your account has been compromised, change your password immediately (which will invalidate sign-ins on other devices).
- Without identity verification, we will never automatically link a new SSO account to an existing account, in order to protect the security of your account.
3. User Code of Conduct
You agree not to use this service for any unlawful activity or activity that infringes the rights of others, including but not limited to: posting unlawful, violent, fraudulent, infringing, or harassing content; distributing spam; or undermining the security of the service or interfering with others' normal use. We reserve the right to act on violating content and accounts in accordance with the law and platform rules.
4. Mini-Program Open Platform
- Mini-programs uploaded by developers must comply with the open-platform documentation and review guidelines, and only code and content that you own or are authorized to use may be uploaded.
- Mini-programs run in an isolated sandbox and obtain capabilities only through the user's item-by-item authorization; they must not coerce authorization, steal data, or abuse platform resources.
- The platform reviews mini-programs and imposes quota limits, and reserves the right to remove violating mini-programs.
5. Live Customer-Support Widget
Merchants can add live customer support to their own websites via a snippet of embed code. You must ensure you are authorized to deploy it on the relevant website, and you bear corresponding responsibility for visitor information collected and processed through the support widget, in compliance with applicable privacy regulations. The platform provides protection mechanisms such as domain allowlisting.
6. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights in TutuHai's software, interface, trademarks, and the like belong to us or the respective rights holders. You retain the rights to the content you publish within the service; you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display it as necessary to provide the service.
7. Account Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. If you seriously violate these terms or applicable law, we may suspend or terminate (ban) your account; when banned, you will receive a clear notice rather than being logged out without explanation. After account closure, data is handled according to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer
We strive to keep the service stable and to prevent message loss, but the service is provided "as is," and we assume no liability beyond what the law requires for interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party causes. We may adjust, upgrade, or suspend certain features from time to time.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time, and material changes will be announced on this page. Continuing to use the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us via live customer support.
